Moreover, hot air has only local action, it doesn't warm the room. As for radiant heating technique, it is constructed to let the heat rise uniformly from the floor, in such a way, the room is heated evenly and supports the temperature during longer period of time.
The radiant heating method is highly efficient in large houses. Forced air method works for small houses, but take into account allergy problems. Make sure your home is well-insulated, so the heat won't be lost through windows chinks or ceiling.
There are three kinds of radiant heating: electric system based on electric cables, air system founded on hot air under the floor, and hydronics founded on the application of hot water under the floor.
